Sencha is synonymous with Japan, but other countries like Korea are beginning to develop their own blends. This is the best we’ve found so far. With a deep jade green, this tea has an impressive depth of colour. It’s got a little fruity bounce to counteract that grassy bitterness, and all the smoothness and complexity you’d expect from an A-Grade cup of Sencha.

Serving suggestion: Add 1 teaspoon and brew in 72-85ºC water for 1 minute. Use a Japanese kyusu teapot for best results.
