Shipping Policy
Standard Shipping
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days of payment. Our hardworking delivery workers need a break too, so orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
We ship all our orders via Shippit using a combination of Australia Post and couriers. A $10 fee will be popped on top of your order to ensure it arrives to you safely and soundly.
Once your order is dispatched, you can expect your delivery of happiness to arrive to major metro areas in around 4-7 business days. Regional or rural areas may take a little longer – so bear with us! *
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone to give you the lowdown.
For orders over $49.99, we offer free shipping – so adding that second bag of beans is always a good idea.
International Shipping
As we are an island far, far away - we currently don’t offer shipping outside of Australia.
Tracking
All postage is sent with tracking details as long as you provide an email address.
Lastly, we would hate for you to have ordered something and for it go AWOL! If you have not received your order within two weeks of ordering online and can’t get the answer through your tracking information, contact us at SOEspresso@soulorigin.com.au and we will get right on it.
